Albanian Young Professionals Midlands was founded on 5 November 2022. It was planned since the summer of 2022, but we waited for the best moment to share the idea with other young professionals.
AYPM is a network that aims to connect students and young professionals from the age of 18 to 35 based in the Midlands region in the UK. AYPM aims to bring members together to share and exchange their interests and to give them a sense of belonging. The interface between study and professional life can become stressful, especially when moving to another country or city far away from family and friends. AYPM provides Albanian students and graduates with support in the early stages of their careers, from defining goals to strategically achieving them.
