President of AYPM & Head of Admissions & Customer Services at South & City College Birmingham
I am the Head of Admissions and Customer Services at South & City College Birmingham – One of the UK’s largest Colleges. I am responsible for the Customer/Learner Journey from enquiries to enrolments. My department is also responsible for organising Choice & Admissions Events and Open Days.
We strive to provide a first-class service to all our customers across our eight campuses in the region.
My journey with the college started in 2008, and since then, I have undertaken numerous roles such as:-
Admissions Manager,
Information Analyst / Reporting Manager and other roles.

Why AYPM?
I joined Albanian Young Professionals Midlands (AYPM) to interact on an ongoing basis with like-minded Albanian professionals. In addition, I joined the AYPM platform to share my knowledge, experiences, expertise and skill set and help other young professionals grow as well as develop my own network.
