As an HR professional, I cover all areas of HR functions, CIPD qualified and educated to a masters level. I’m also a coach and mentor and enjoy supporting the development of others. Being a co-founder of AYPM and networking with other entrepreneurs/professionals has been phenomenal to see the fantastic growth and potential of our community, influencing and showcasing their skills, making us all a nation to be proud of.
Whilst living in the Westmidlands and not having an Albanian community to share ideas and thoughts, I struggled to integrate and associate myself with any Albanians. As the Co-Founder the idea started alongside 2 others Daniel, and Enxhi – AYPM has grown and we have become a community to be proud of, and truly represent what we are.
