I am a corporate solicitor at Knights with experience in advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions, share sales and transfers, business and asset acquisitions, solvent corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and general company issues. I work for a wide client base, including national and international private companies and a range of SMEs.
When not at work, I enjoy travelling, playing badminton, going for long walks and baking.
I joined Albanian Young Professionals (AYPM) as I believe it is a fantastic way to connect and network with other young British Albanian professionals in the Midlands. It’s also a great opportunity to empower other young Albanian professionals and to showcase the positive contributions we are making within the various industries in the Midlands.
